Fan art of Agumon from Digimon. A personal study of a stylized character, made from start to finish by me: sculpted in ZBrush, retopologized and finished in Blender.
I wanted it to look like a 2D drawing you can turn around, so I built a custom toon shader (stepped light and shadow, tinted shadows) and used Line Art for the outline. I started this project during my 3D course, mainly to practice sculpting. I like Digimon, but I'm not a huge fan: I simply wanted to make Agumon.
